Market Development ProjectsCollaborated with sales, marketing and product teams to develop resources and tools to direct company growth in the décor print segment.
Examples include organizational and hierarchy mapping to identify key relationships and value propositions for sales strategies, and market segmentation to bring clarity to customer database and product portfolio. A repository was created for the company shared drive, providing accessible trend reports, summary's from customer visits, trade shows and mapping of the competitive landscape for leadership and cross-collaborative teams.
